Greetings from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and the 2010 Black Graduate Conference in Psychology Planning Committee!
The 16th annual National Black Graduate Conference in Psychology will be hosted by the University of Maryland, Baltimore County from July 8th to 11th, 2010. As always, this year's conference will offer an opportunity for graduate students in all fields of psychology to come together to present their research, gain professional development experiences, and network with other graduate students in a welcoming environment. A host of faculty from across the nation will also participate in the conference and provide critical, but supportive feedback. The conference program will include paper and poster presentations by graduate students, workshops and panel discussions on a variety of career and professional development issues, and opportunities to meet and socialize with Black faculty and graduate students in psychology.
The deadline for conference presentation submissions (papers or posters) is April 2, 2010. Submitters will be notified of conference acceptance by April 30, 2010 and will need to complete conference registration by May 28, 2010.
We look forward to seeing you in Baltimore in July!
